'TamilIsai' Soundararajan takes a Challenge for 'Telugu' Speaking People!

Former BJP president of Tamil Nadu Tamilisai Soundararajan took oath as the Governor of Telangana on September 8 (Sunday). In her recent interview, she said that she would like to speak with Telengana people only in Telugu and has assumed a personal challenge that she will learn Telugu in 14 days.

Meanwhile, she oversaw the sections of Governor's house on September 9 (Monday) including the library. Reportedly she had asked to shift more than 5000 books from her personal library to Hyderabad. She also had conversations with the authorities and employees of the Governor's house.

She insisted the employees do exercise and yoga which she has been practising for a healthy life. Earlier, TamilIsai learned about the duties and responsibilities of Governor and the socio-economic issues prevailing in Telengana before going to Hyderabad for her swearing-in ceremony.

She took oath as Telangana Governor upon the administration of Chief Justice of High Court Justice R.S. Chauhan at the Raj Bhavan. The ceremony also saw the presence of Chief Minister of Telangana, K. Chandrasekhar Rao.
