Suspect detained in the rape and murder of 11-year-old Surat girl

According to reports, one Ram Sahay Gujjar was taken into the custody of Gujarat police in the case of the rape and murder of a 11-year-old child in Surat. The man, a resident of Sawai Madhopur, was tracked through his cell phone and has been detained.
