Sushant Singh Rajput’s Suicide Death: Case Filed Against Friend Rhea Chakraborty! - Report

In the case of the demise of Sushant Singh Rajput, his girlfriend Rhea Chakroborty has been accused for abetting the suicide. A case has been filed against her in Bihar court on Saturday.

The hearing has been scheduled for June 24. A resident of Patahi locality in Muzaffarpur named Kudan kumar, filed his petition before the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate Mukesh Kumar. This petition was followed by a previous petition which was filed earlier last week by advocate Sudhir Kumar Ojha on Bollywood superstars Salman Khan, Aditya Chopra, Karan Johar, Ekta Kapoor, Sanjay Leela Bhansali among the others.

The petition against Rhea Chakraborty is accusing her of “financial and mental exploitation” of the late actor. “My client is a huge fan of Rajput and has been deeply distressed by his suicide. He has filed his complaint under IPC Sections 306 (abetment of suicide) and 420 (fraud),” Kumar’s lawyer told the Hindustan Times.

Previously Chakraborty was questioned by the Mumbai Police for over 8 hours and they had recorded the statements of 15 people so far.
