A student of Delhi University's Kirori Mal College was beaten up by a group of students on March 15. The incident was caught on CCTV and released recently by ANI. The students could be seen attacking the boy and calling him a "UP-Bihar wala" in the video.
Reportedly, the boy said that he was often targeted by the other students and that even after reporting to the police he was not taken seriously.
