Congress President Sonia Gandhi Admitted to a Hospital – Doctors Reveal Health Status

Congress President Sonia Gandhi has been reportedly admitted to a hospital facility since Thursday evening. The doctors have now revealed her condition.

Gandhi was admitted to Ganga Ram Hospital around 7 pm on July 30. Previously, a few months ago, she was admitted to the same hospital after she had complained of a stomach ache. This incident had taken place in February.

However, yesterday the doctors revealed that her condition is stable and that she had only come in for “routine tests and investigations.” “Congress President, Mrs Sonia Gandhi has been admitted today evening at 7 pm to Sir Ganga Ram Hospital. She has been admitted for routine tests and investigations. Her condition is currently stable,” said Dr D S Rana, Chairman, (Board of Management) Sri Ganga Ram Hospital.

Earlier yesterday, Gandhi was in a Rajya Sabha members meeting to discuss the current political situation. The meeting took place via a video conference arranged by the members where former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh also participated.
