As many as six people, who underwent cataract surgery at a private hospital in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, have lost their eyesight, say reports. The relatives of those who lost their eyesight were shocked and held a protest before the hospital.
The six people underwent the surgery on June 12 and experienced issues with their vision in a few hours. When questioned, doctors said the eyesight will return soon. However, their issues with the vision didn’t vanish.
