A Muzaffarpur-Delhi bus overturned and caught on fire on Thursday, leaving seven people dead and six injured. The privately owned bus in an attempt to save a biker near a village in Belwa overturned and caught on fire. Reportedly, the bus had 12 passengers, including two drivers and a cleaner.
According to reports, a total of 32 people were to travel on the bus on that day. The injured passengers were rescued by the locals working in the fields. The identities of the dead have not yet been determined.
