The court has ruled that the centre has accepted Bihar government's request recommending CBI (Central Bureau of Investigation) Enquiry into Sushant Singh Rajput Death Case.
Actress Rhea Charkraborty's petition seeking direction for transfer of the case from Patna to Mumbai is being heard in the apex court.
BJP leader Subramanian Swamy who has been demanding for a CBI Probe into the late actor's death case, reacted to the court's ruling in a tweet.

The case took an unprecedented turn when the late actor's father lodged a complaint against actor Rhea Chakraborty and five others. Bihar Police has accused the Mumbai Police of not conducting the investigation properly while Mumbai Police retaliated to those claims in several instances.
Actor Sushant Singh Rajput reportedly died by suicide in his Bandra residence on June 14.
