Rhea Chakraborty files FIR against Sushant's Sisters; Accuses Abetment of Suicide - New Twist!
Home > News Shots > India newsWhile several charges were being pressed against actor Rhea Chakraborty in connection to the sudden and untimely demise of Bollywood star Sushant Singh Rajput, a new angle has been instigated. Actor Rhea who was the late actor’s girlfriend has now pressed charged against Sushant’s sisters, Priyanka Singh Meetu Singh, and a doctor at Ram Manohar Lohiya hospital, Dr Tarun Kumar.
Rhea was spotted at Bandra police station where she filed a case accusing the above-mentioned three’s involvement in the case of a false prescription prepared with a government letterhead with banned medicines for Sushant. She claimed that the doses were not supervised and that the quantity prescribed could have resulted in a chronic anxiety attack leading to suicide.
According to Rhea’s statement she saw the message that Priyanka had sent to Sushant on June 8 where she had asked him to take all the tablets. Rhea confronted Sushant and asked him not to take those medicines but he did not agree and also asked her to leave his house.
She also added that Meetu and Priyanka were beneficiaries of Sushant’s bank account and that they wanted to take control of his finances. Mumbai police filed an FIR under IPC 306- abetment to suicide, IPC 420 - cheating, IPC 464- making a false document, IPC 465- punishment for forgery, IPC 466- forgery of record of court or public register. The case is reportedly transferred to the CBI.
