Passengers have more reasons to rejoice as they will not be charged for cancelling their tickets within 24 hours of booking them, the government has suggested in new draft rules to improve the flying experience in India, according to media reports.
A draft charter put out by the civil aviation ministry also says that the cancellation fee cannot be more than the base fare.
Moreover, in case a flight is delayed beyond four hours, passengers are eligible to get full refund.
