Excited over the win, Narendra Modi today said "India's wins yet again" after the BJP's massive victory in the national election. Leads show that PM Modi's BJP is all set to beat the 282 seats it had won in the 2014 general elections.
Modi took to Twitter to thank the electorate for the landslide mandate give to the Bharatiya Janata Party-led NDA and asserted that together the country will develop and grow. In the tweet, he also wrote in Hindi, "Sabka saath+ Sabka VIkaas + sabka Vishwas + Vijayi Bharat." He further wrote, “Together we grow. Together we prosper. Together we will build a strong and inclusive India. India wins yet again!
Meanwhile, BJP president Amit Shah has registered a massive victory from the Gandhinagar Lok Sabha seat in Gujarat. He defeated his Congress rival CJ Chavda by more than five lakh votes.
Amit Shah took to Twitter to thank the voters of the country. In a tweet, Shah wrote in Hindi, "Phir ek baar Modi Sarkaar!" He added, "Thank you, India." Along with that, the BJP leader also posted a photograph of him and PM Narendra Modi with the same text imposed on it.
