According to reports, the Madhya Pradesh government is planning to ban the sale of pornography as a measure to curb child rapes. Reportedly, Home Minister Bhupendra Singh blamed porn as the main reason for rapes happening across the country.
He reportedly said, "We think the reason for rising number of child rape and molestation cases is porn. We are contemplating banning porn in Madhya Pradesh, will approach Centre in the matter."
