PM Modi gifts his gold chain to student after request on Twitter

When an engineering student Rabesh Kumar Singh wrote to Prime Minister Narendra Modi on micro-blogging site Twitter asking for a similar gold chain that Modi wore during a rally in Madhya Pradesh, Modi gifted him the one that he wore during the rally. He also got a letter from the Prime Minister's Office which said that PM Modi is sending him the same chain.
