A 17-year-old girl from Haryana committed suicide after getting raped by a gang of eight men on Sunday. Reportedly, she was found in a semi-conscious state by her cousin after getting dumped in front of her house on Monday. The victim's father lodged a complaint at the police station.
The girl's family members allegedly tried consoling her, but she hanged herself after they left for work.
