Video: Angry Man Throws Bike, Ends Up Crying After Being Fined

Recently, a biker in Uttar Pradesh's Meerut district was fined for not wearing a helmet. Angry over the matter, the biker pushes and bashes the bike and tries breaking it. After getting tired, the man sat on his bike and started crying.
This drama was caught on camera at Begum Bridge in Meerut and is currently going viral on social media. Towards the end of the video, the policemen are seen trying to console him and calm him down.
As per the rules of the Motor Vehicles Act 2019, driving without a helmet is fined for Rs 1,000 along with the individual’s driving license being suspended for three months, reports Hindustan Times.
