Man flashes, masturbates in front of women

A Delhi man, who was recently released from prison for flashing and masturbating in front of women, was arrested again for flashing and masturbating in front of two women on Thursday. Apparently, the accused said that he has a habit of "flashing at women" after getting drunk.

Sandeep Chauhan was reportedly arrested on Sunday after one of the two women filed a police complaint. Chauhan allegedly flashed at the women while they were standing on a balcony. He later followed them and masturbated in front of them.

After one of the women filed a police complaint, the serial offender was arrested, yet again.
