NDTV reports that a large fire broke out in South Mumbai's Scindia House, an office building in the Fort area on Friday. Initial reports say that about five people stranded on the terrace were rescued by firefighters. Officials further added that five fire engines have been sent to the area.
 

The fire is reported to have broke out shortly after 4 pm on the third floor of the building that also houses offices of the Income Tax department, reports said.
