Man dies after being attacked by wife with acid

Basheer, 52, a businessman from Kerala's Malappuram district died after being poured acid on him by his wife Subaida, for allegedly indulging in an extramarital relationship. Initially, the duo mislead the investigators by saying that an unknown person barged into their home and poured acid on Basheer. Subaida was arrested and sent to judicial custody.
