Kangana Ranaut Releases 'New Video' Warning Maharashtra CM Uddhav Thackeray | WATCH
Home > News Shots > India newsHours after the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) demolished “illegal alterations” at the Bandra property of actor Kangana Ranaut, she hit out at Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray in a video where she addressed him as "tu" (you) and also delivered a warning.
In the viral video, Kangana Ranaut said; "Uddhav Thackeray, tujhe kya lagta hai? (what do you think?) That you colluded along with the film mafia, demolished my home and took revenge on me? My home was demolished today, your arrogance will crumble tomorrow."
"This is the wheel of time, remember, it never stays the same," the actress warned the Chief Minister after Mumbai's civic body BMC demolished what it called illegal alternations at her office in Pali Hills.
As per NDTV reports, the Bombay High Court had ordered a stop to the demolition and also served notice to the BMC, which is controlled by the Chief Minister's Shiv Sena.
Further in her video, Kangana pledged to make a film on Kashmiri Pandits, stating that she finally understood what they must have suffered. "You have done me a favour. I knew what Kashmiri Pandits had gone through but I felt it too today. I vow to this country that I will make a film not only on Ayodhya but also Kashmir."
"I knew this would happen to me. This has some meaning. Uddhav Thackeray, this cruelty, this terror, good that this happened to me. Because it means something. Jai hind, jai Maharashtra," she ended the video.
This whole fight between her and Shiv Sena started over her criticism of the Mumbai police and state government's handling of the Sushant Singh Rajput death case. The big fight broke out, in response to Sena leaders asking her to "stay out", after which Kangana compared Mumbai to Pakistan Occupied Kashmir (PoK).
