A 26-year-old mentally challenged man from Jharkhand murdered a school teacher on Tuesday and ran around for two hours with her severed head before getting arrested. Hari Hembram lived alone near Khaprasai Primary School.

Hembram lured the 30-year-old teacher, Sukra Hesa out of the school and beheaded her with a sword. The police were immediately alerted and a large crowd had gathered at the spot. However, nobody dared to approach the accused as he was carrying two swords.

Hari Hembram reportedly fled the scene to escape arrest carrying the head of the teacher. He ran inside a nearby forest for 5 km and was finally found hiding in a bush. The mob attacked Hembram mercilessly after he was caught and in the process of protecting him, four policemen were injured.
