The man has been identified as Naveen Kumar Yadav, who has demanded a contract to kill the Prime Minister Modi saying that he was unhappy with the work done by the prime minister and the central government.
According to the Indian Express, the man was arrested under sedition charges for his post on social media and is currently being interrogated.
During interrogation, the man has accepted that he had posted the message on his Facebook wall but withdrew it after people raised objection to it.

A case has been registered in this matter.
