Unknown incident of Priyanka Reddy Murder Suspect Revealed
Home > News Shots > India newsOne of the murder suspects of Hyderabad Veterinarian doctor Priyanka reddy, Muhammad Baasha aka Arif was caught by the Road Transport Authority (RTA) for driving his lorry without renewing his license two days before the murder. It is said that Arif was driving without renewing his license since 2017.
Reportedly he was caught while traveling from Gangavathi in Karnataka to Hyderabad on November 25 (Monday). The authorities who stopped Arif insisted him to show the documents and found that his driver's license was not renewed for the past two years. The reports also stated that his vehicle was not seized in the past two years.
Muhammad Baasha acted as if the lorry broke down which made the authorities to continue their work. After a while when they returned, the lorry disappeared. "When we returned, the accused had fled with the truck," assistant motor vehicles inspector Chiranjeevi was quoted by TOI.
Later it was revealed that Arif had purposely cut down the motor cable for a time being as per the instructions by the vehicle owner Srinivas Reddy. The authorities were deceived that the vehicle stopped moving automatically. Within minutes, Arif reconnected the cable and escaped the place.
Only after this incident that Arif and his companions- Jollu Shiva, Jollu Naveen and Chintakunta Chennakeshavulu meticulously planned Priyanka's kidnap, rape and murder on November 27 (Wednesday).
In fact, the same kind of trick that Arif used to cheat RTA authorities was used to deceive Priyanka on the day of her murder (Priyanka's bike tyre was manually punctured by the suspects in order to deceive her for getting help from them).
