HRD Ministry announces India's best University

Union Human Resources Development Minister Prakash Javadekar released the National Institutional Ranking Framework on Tuesday which ranked Indian Institute of Science in Bangalore as the best Indian University. Jawaharlal Nehru University bagged the second place followed by Banaras Hindu University and Anna University. Delhi University took the 7th position in the list.
