While a lot has been going on about Section 377 that seeks to decriminalise homosexuality, the Supreme Court, as a breather, ruled out saying that homosexuality doesn't cause sexually transmittable diseases like AIDS but the blame is to be pinned on unsafe sex and living in denial.
The court further added that sexual intercourse should not be seen as a crime and said that if prostitution was to be made legal, it would be difficult to control the same.
