3 gang-rape, poison Class 10 girl to death

Three persons including a minor were held for allegedly raping a Class X student and poisoning her to death in a village in the Bhattu Kalan block of Haryana's Fatehabad district on Tuesday.

Two of the accused are on the run while the third accused, who is a juvenile, also consumed poison and was rushed to hospital and was declared out of danger.

All the accused have been booked under the POCSO Act and murder charges have also been registered against them.
