Union Minister Jayant Sinha has said that beleaguered airline Air India will receive government aid for paying pending employee salaries.
Reportedly, Air India has not paid salaries to a large number of its employees for May, due in June.
A spokesperson for the airline earlier blamed the delay in the government's plan to sell the debt-ridden carrier's stake for the non-payment.
