A recent development in the case of Sushant Singh Rajput’s death has surfaced. A common friend of the late actor and his girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty, has slammed acquisitions at Rhea and also commented about their relationship.

Speaking to Times Now, the source said that there was something “weird and off” about the couple. The source also claimed that they had witnessed instances where Rhea Chakraborty mislead Sushant by telling him that he had supernatural powers. The source claims that this has been noticeable while they hung out or partied at the late actor’s Bandra Residence.

"Rhea put these thoughts of supernatural powers in Sushant Singh Rajput's head and also controlled his career and finances," the source was quoted saying. Rhea’s father was also supplying medicines to Sushant, which the source had witnessed.

Earlier yesterday, the CBI team visited the late actor’s flat in Bandra and recreated the scene. Further, several media houses reported that the CBI complained some inconsistencies in the statements of Sushant’s flatmate Siddharth Pithani and personal staff Neeraj Singh and Dipesh Sawant.

Sushant was found dead in his flat, at Bandra, Mumbai on June 14.
