DMK President Stalin visits Sonia Gandhi on her birthday

According to reports, DMK President visited Delhi to wish Gandhi in person. Reportedly Stalin was accompanied by senior members including A Raja, TR Balu and sister Kanimozhi. A photo of Stalin presenting Gandhi with a bouquet was tweeted by Congress President Rahul Gandhi with a heartfelt caption.
Rahul Gandhi tweeted, "Shri Stalin & senior members of the DMK, visited Sonia Ji in Delhi today, to wish her on her birthday. We had a warm & cordial meeting & discussed a range of issues. I look forward to continuing our dialogue & to strengthening our alliance, that has stood the test of time."
Stalin's visit comes in time for the UPA's Opposition meeting on Monday. The meeting will feature bigwigs including Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee, Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu, NCP chief Sharad Pawar, National Conference chief Farooq Abdullah.
