Man arrested for stealing 500 luxury cars in 5 years

A man from north Delhi was arrested by the police for stealing around 500 luxury cars in five years. The man was caught in Delhi after he came by air along with his gang members from Hyderabad recently.

The accused, 29-year-old Safruddin was in his car when he was noticed by the police and intercepted. Safruddin attempted to run away but was caught again after a 50-km car chase. He was arrested.

During interrogation, Safruddin had reportedly told the police that his target was to steal 100 luxury cars a year in Delhi. He also informed that he came to Delhi along with his gang members and hi-tech gadgets to break into the cars.
