The Indian Premier League matches involving Chennai Super Kings are facing another roadblock as the Bombay High Court on Wednesday reportedly barred the Maharashtra Cricket Association from using water from the Pavana dam for maintaining the international stadium in Pune till further orders. The order came on a Public Interest Litigation, filed by NGO Loksatta Movement, which claimed that water supply to Pune stadium will add to the woes of the prevailing drought-like situation of the state. Earlier, the CSK matches were shifted from Chennai to Pune following protests in the state demanding Cauvery Management Board.
