Once again hinting at the lawlessness of the state, a video of a girl being molested with the perpetrators tearing at the victim's clothes and sexually assaulting her has gone viral in Hilsa, Bihar.
A case has been registered regarding the incident where the molesters could be seen misbehaving with a couple.
