Minor girl disrobed; onlookers shoot video

In a shocking incident reported in Jehanabad, Bihar, eight youth dragged and disrobed a minor girl. What was even more shocking was the public shooting the proceedings instead of rushing to help the hapless girl. In the video, which is still available on a few instant messaging platforms, the girl can be seen pleading to the youth, which fell on deaf ears. A police investigation has been ordered into the incident.
