Woman kills lover for misbehaving with daughter

A 31-year-old Bengaluru woman, who was allegedly having an extramarital affair with one Ragu, a 32-year-old garment factory employee, bludgeoned the latter to death as he misbehaved with the former’s daughter.

The accused Roopa hit Ragu with a rolling pin as Ragu pulled Roopa’s minor daughter and abused her. Frustrated by Ragu’s act, Roopa hit his head with a rolling pin. When he collapsed, she bludgeoned his head with a stone in front of her neighbours.

Shocked neighbours who were privy to the incident alerted the police. When cops rushed to the spot, they found Ragu lying lifeless in a pool of blood. Roopa was reportedly taken into police custody after she confessed to killing Ragu and further investigation is underway.
