Drunk cop lies on road unconscious, bus runs him over

A 45-year-old constable from Ahmedabad was run over by a bus in the early hours of Tuesday. The accident reportedly took place in Naroda, Ahmedabad.

The victim was identified as Dinesh Parmar working with the F1 company at police headquarters in Shahibaug. Parmar was reportedly drunk during the accident. He fell on the road and passed out at around 11.30 pm on Monday.

A bus ran him over at 1.15 am on Tuesday. The driver reportedly could not see the policeman lying on the road. The bus driver was booked by the police.
