On Republic TV, actor Kasturi Shankar was spotted eating her lunch while the other panellists were busy debating on the given debate topic. People have stormed the internet with her images and videos, complementing her confidence. However, she clarified on Twitter that she had forgotten to turn her camera off.

Replying to one of the twitter users who said, “I need the confidence level of this lady in my life,” she wrote, “Lol. Nothing to do with confidence. I spent 60 minutes watching Arnab in hyper mode, He wasn’t gonna let me talk anyways, so I left and grabbed lunch. But forgot to sign off skype. Apologies to everyone for the mess up! No offence or disrespect intended!”

She further wrote, “I waited 6 minutes without uttering a single word… so I figured I will leave and get lunch before my shoot resumed. Didn’t realise I hadn’t signed off skype!”

On the other hand, many twitter users were interested in what the Tamil actor had for lunch. One of them wrote. “We all need to know what you eating… Looks way more interesting than the debate.” To this, a very jovial Kasturi responded, “Pongal. Helps you sleep regardless of ambient noise.”
