Shocking - Indian woman found murdered in Singapore

According to reports, a 70-year-old Indian woman was found dead in her apartment in Singapore on Monday. Mehrotra Shahshi was found lying unconscious in her house on the 12th floor in Choa Chu Kang North housing estate.

It is reportedly suspected that the woman was killed by her 23-year-old Myanmarese maid Zin Mar Nwe.

Nwe is currently being held at the Central Police Division and is being sent for psychiatric counselling. Nwe was reportedly denied bail and if she is found guilty, she will have to face the death penalty.
