6-year-old raped when she went out to see a wedding procession

According to reports, a 6-year-old girl, who went out of her home to watch a wedding procession in Siddharthnagar in Uttar Pradesh was raped by an unidentified man.

The man reportedly lured the girl and took her to an isolated place where he raped her. When her relatives went searching for the girl, she was found lying unconscious in a vacant field. The girl was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment and the police are searching for the accused.
