Two cases of suspected Nipah virus infection have been reported from Mangaluru - one is a 20-year-old woman from Kasargod, Kerala and the other patient is a 75-year-old man from Mangaluru, reports TOI.
The woman was in close contact with the nurses at a hospital in Kozhikode where the virus has largely spread to.
Both the patients have been quarantined and test results are being awaited.
