15 People Injured in Grenade Attack by Terrorists Near Bus Stand in Kashmir
Home > News Shots > India newsIn a shocking case, at least 15 people have been injured in a grenade attack by terrorists in Jammu and Kashmir's Sopore town.
As per news agency PTI, the people were attacked while they were waiting at a bus stand. One of them is said to be critical and has been shifted to a Srinagar hospital.
Nobody has been arrested in this connection so far but the state has come under high alert minutes after the incident. Not just that, ever since the special status under Article 370 was scrapped on August 5 security personnel have been on high alert.
This attack comes just two days after six of a Central Reserve Police Force team were injured in a similar incident in Srinagar's Karannagar area when a CRPF team was inspecting vehicles at a checkpost.
Earlier this month, at least seven people were injured in Srinagar after terrorists targeted civilians visiting a busy market area.
