WHO Launches Health Alert Services & Latest Updates About COVID-19 on Facebook Messenger

Through this Covid-19 chatbot, people will get accurate and timely information about the coronavirus pandemic.
This alert services will also clear myths about the virus and one can now be able to ask questions and get quick answers from the WHO's "Health Alert" interactive service on Messenger. This service is free to use!
Meanwhile, Stan Chudnovsky, Vice President of Messenger said, "Now, through Messenger, WHO will be able to expand their reach as they continue to provide people everywhere with important information. This is critical as widespread misinformation can create unnecessary fear and panic in this already trying time."
As per a livemint report, the WHO's Health Alert interactive service can be accessed through the WHO's official Facebook Page by selecting Send Message or through the dedicated Messenger link, where users can also simply tap on the Messenger icon available on the page.
Currently, the WHO's chatbot is available in English, Spanish and Arabic. It will be available in other languages soon.
