Indian IT companies have changed their business model in order to sustain in the market, after the suspension of Visas by U.S. President Donald Trump.

Various native IT companies have cleverly navigated their ways, so as to reduce their dependency upon H-1B (work visa). Hence local hiring has been greatly enhanced by over 70% in the U.S. This way, these IT companies are relying less upon transferring skilled manpower from India to the U.S. and have not left any stones unturned as their business works in the absence of interruption in the States.
