The multinational professional services firm Ernst & Young (EY) has made a huge announcement amidst lockdown. The move is set to be very beneficial to employees across the globe. 

The global tax and transaction advisory firm has announced that it will be providing an ‘EY Tech MBA’ to interested employees and will be providing the same in collaboration with Hult International Business School in the United States, free of Cost. 

The effort has been taken to upskill employees globally in order to make sure that the employees are in par with the trendiest and updated market standards. 

The programme will be free to all employees and it will be available irrespective of their work experience or seniority as per the company’s official statement.  Generally, the educational programmes offered by companies are partially funded, this is the first free of cost initiative.

It is an online based programme. Employees pursuing this programme will be able to devise their own personal curriculum. This is inclusive of subjects like Artificial Intelligence (AI)), blockchaina nd robotic process automation (RPA) to employee well-being, diversity and inclusion and sustainable business among others. The programme is likely to benefit employees monetarily in future.
