French multinational information technology Capgemini finishes in the second place. It reportedly signed 17,479 H1B Visa applications for its employees in the year 2016.

The crown jewel of the Tata group, Tata Consultancy Services comes at the third spot. TCS reportedly gave approval for 13,134 employees to have H1B Visa in the year 2016.

American multinational technology IBM comes at the fourth spot. IBM reportedly signed H1B visa application for 12,381 employees in 2016. Quick fact: IBM is the oldest company in this list. It was founded in 1911.

Indian Information Technology Services Corporation, Wipro reportedly signed the H1B Visa application for 10,607 of its employees in 2016. However, Wipro is the lowest payer for an H1B Visa holder. The average annual salary for a Wipro employee with an H1B Visa is $72,720.

The Global management consulting firm, Accenture in 2016 signed the H1B visa application for 9,479 employees. Quick fact: the average annual salary for an Accenture employee with an H1B Visa is $81,585.

Indian multinational conglomerate Tech Mahindra (Americas) reportedly signed the H1B visa application for 8,615 of its employees in 2016.

Technology and human capital consulting company Deloitte sponsored for 7,645 employees in 2016. Quick note: the average annual salary for a Deloitte Consulting employee with an H1B Visa is $122,667.

Another American multinational corporation, Cognizant Technology Solutions comes in at nine. Cognizant sponsored H1B Visa to 5,370 employees in the year 2016.

With only 5,029 employees being awarded H1B Visa in 2016, American multinational technology company Microsoft barely makes it to the top 10.
