The murder of college student Aswini in broad daylight on Friday shocked many across Tamil Nadu. The B.Com student from Meenakshi Academy of Higher Education and Research in KK Nagar was reportedly stabbed by a man named Alagesan when she came out of the college campus at the end of the day’s classes and died. On-lookers thrashed the man who stabbed the girl and handed him over to the police.
