TREAT FOR VINTAGE CRICKET LOVERS: RANVEER SINGH RECREATES KAPIL DEV'S ICONIC 'NATRAJ SHOT'

Produced by Sajid Nadiadwala, Kabir Khan, Vishnu Induri, Madhu Mantena and Deepika Padukone (who will also be donning the role of Kapil Dev's wife Romi Dev), the film is slated to release on April 10, 2020. The film retells the Indian cricket team's glorious World Cup win at England in 1983.

Recently, Ranveer Singh shared a still in which he recreated the all-rounder's iconic 'Natraj Shot', a pull shot which resembles the pose of Hindu god Nataraja.

83 consists of a powerhouse star cast that includes actor Jiiva, Sahil Khatter, Tahir Raj Bhasin, Saquib Salem and others in crucial roles. Assem Mishra handles the cinematography department while Rameshwar S. Bhagat is the editor of the film.
