Watch Rajkummar Rao accept his award:
A fake Facebook account in the name of Bollywood actor Rajkummar Rao has been found. Reports say that the imposter was sending messages to people on Facebook, asking them if they were interested in acting in films and attempting to extract money in the process. Reports also claim that the imposter sent obscene messages from the account.
Rajkummar Rao took the issue to his actual Facebook account and wrote. “Guys, this is an imposter. I only have one account in FB which is a verified one. Be aware of such people. Usually, actors have verified accounts. Don't trust the ones who don't.”'
The latest we hear about the case is that the cyber crime team has cracked the link and the team is confident that they will get to book the culprits soon in the next few days.
