THIS LADY SUPERSTAR’S NEXT ON THE LINES OF INTERSTELLAR?

Finally, It is now confirmed that Priyanka Chopra has signed a project with debutante Priya Mishra for a biopic of astronaut Kalpana Chawla who was the first Indian woman astronaut to go in to space.

Priyanka Chopra who seemed to build a profile in Hollywood has come back to India last week. We had also reported that there was high hope of her signing a film with the Pink director, Aniruddha Roy Chowdhury.

But, now it is confirmed that Priyanka Chopra has signed Kalpana Chawla’s biopic, and it is going to be a new banner which will fund this film. In a recent interview to a North Indian media, the director of this film Priya Misha said she was working on this project for last seven years, and this film will meet the international standard in terms of quality.

Space films are generally well received by the movie lovers. The recent Interstellar is a classic example. Now, let us wait and see if this biopic can create the same impact.

Priyanka Chopra's first biopic was Mary Kom which was appreciated by both critics and the audiences, and now Kalpana Chawla's will be her second biopic.
