Avengers Infinity War left us all shocked and like the Avengers, fans were unable to ‘move on’. So to end it all, to have one last fight, to revive whatever and whoever possible, we have our Avengers coming together in their Avengers : Endgame now.

We are in a world which has been half emptied by the snap of Thanos who succeeded in his attempt to wipe out half the population of this Universe. Probably the first time in a Superhero film that we see the after effects of catastrophe to a larger extent.

Places are vacant, people are clueless and our heroes seem depressed. There is a very exciting journey of putting a team together which is full of surprises, happy moments and needed introductions.

The story is woven neatly with defined character arcs and the screenplay focuses more on the development of the plotline. The best part about the Endgame is that it doesn’t ponder much on solving puzzles that the previous movies have left us with, rather gives us new surprises and interesting fresh riddles.

The humour that Marvel is fluent with has taken good shape in Endgame too. With the Hulk, Thor, Iron Man and every others taking their turns to ease off the pressure building up, we move through the chaos quite interestingly.

The screenplay, the music, the visuals stand as the biggest support pillars for the story while the cast take care of delivering amazing performances to bring about the emotional connect that is embraced throughout the movie.

Endgame has everything that meets the expectations and a lot more to leave us spellbound. It ends up being a byproduct of all best things that happened to Marvel which has included everything that Marvel has been showing since.

The Russo Brothers have pulled off a great movie that is outstanding in the way it has treated its fans and still stayed true to the story in every way possible. Every Superhero is given highlighting moments, every story has converged well, every connect makes sense and for all these, the directors do deserve a pat on the back.

You would cry more than you want to, you will get surprised more than you thought, you will have more goosebumps than you would have imagined and you will be on the edge of the seat more than you know. The biggest victory for Marvel is how it glued its fans to their seats until the lights were back on, leaving them yearning for more.

Imagine a befitting climax to a tale that has been told for 11 years through 22 films, Endgame is that and in some places, more. Every character that we love has been given a proper sign off. Every hero, every tale is told and shown inspiringly which is where they win our hearts.

Marvel’s effort in delivering an emotionally engaging fantasy film, no matter ‘whatever it takes’, has paid off. Don’t Spoil the Endgame but do watch it in theatres because this will be one of the most memorable experiences.
