She had just taken to Twitter and posted a picture of her squatting and also had asked people if they can sit in the 'Indian toilet' position for five minutes? But what seems to be the rationale behind this? Her tweet itself holds the answer.
Yes, as per an article, Upasana has tweeted, "The squatting position improves your flexibility and is also a good weight-bearing exercise that helps keep bones strong, says Dr. K J Reddy, Senior Orthopaedic Consultant and Joint Replacement Surgeon, Apollo Hospitals."
