HEROINE ASSAULTED BY A DIRECTOR AND HERO IN A MOVING CAR - SHOCKING INCIDENT

An aspiring Telugu actress has filed a complaint against director Chalapathi and actor Srujan. She claims that the director and actor allegedly assaulted her in a moving car on the 13th of August. The actress has filed an attempt to rape case against them.

The actress claims that the duo assured her to give her an acting chance and trusting their words, she traveled with them to Bheemavaram thinking they are are taking her for a film shoot. But on the way, they supposedly attempted to rape her in the car.

She spoke to the media after filing the complaint, and this is what she had to say, "I was supposed to be Bheemavaram on August 13, and I was planning to travel from Hyderabad by train. But the director and the hero forced me to go in my car. They started misbehaving with me, as we approached Vijayawada. They assaulted me and threw me in the backseat, when I protested. 

Chalapathi drove the car fast and smashed it against a lorry. I suffered injuries in this accident. Later, I shared my location with some friends, who rushed and took me to a nearby hospital. They said what they did was wrong, and apologized. Then, they said that if I talk about this, it will end my career. They blackmailed m and said that if I go to the police station and the media, I will not get another film in my career. All I want now is justice and hope that the law punishes such people."

Following her complaint, the police have taken Chalapathi into custody, but actor Srujan is allegedly absconding.
